Cole Koda ships Australia wide only.
Free standard shipping when you spend over $150 AUD
Free express shipping when you spend over $300 AUD
Orders under $150 AUD are a flat rate charge of:

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES:
Express Post: 1-3 business days once shipped
Standard Post: 2-7 business days once shipped
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE SHIPPED?
On a regular day, we aim to ship orders within 24 hours. During busy sale periods or bigger collection launches it may take us a little longer to get orders out due to volume. During these periods, please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be shipped, rest assured we pack as quickly as we can!
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Refunds, store credits & exchanges are available.
Return shipping for change of mind or incorrect fit is customer borne and non refundable.
Our return period is 28 days from delivery date.
Cole Koda offer refunds on all full priced items/orders.
If you purchased using any discount code or during a site wide sale, you will only be eligible for a store credit or exchange of size if stock is available.
The item must be unworn, unwashed and unused with original tags attached with proof of purchase provided (proof of purchase can be your order number, or your invoice received with your order). Cole Koda has the right to reject a return if they do not meet the above conditions. In this instance, we will contact you and organise to send back the return.
Returns can and will be rejected if there are any noticeable:

Strong fragrances or odours

Pet hair

Fake tan

Makeup

Oil stains
If you send back an item and it is not in it's original condition, we will not be able to process your return and you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of $10AUD to have the item sent back to you.
Please ensure you aren't sending back unsellable items to avoid dealing with the above. We want to process your returns for you.
